Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job

The Information Systems (IS) Referentials & Common Assets team, which is responsible for create services and maintaining all Referentials (clients, beneficiaries, brokers, doctors, lawyers, …) data and Common Assets (AML, Portfolio Client, …) data for all Business applications but also new digital platform for our clients (Enterprise & Retail), is looking for a functional designer with focus on capacity to create algorithms and good communication skills, adapted to the different stakeholders of project.

The candidate will work within the IT organisation on various medium / large projects, with multiple ones in parallel. In his role, he will discuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications for crucial client-oriented processes, analyse them and design IT solutions. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his designs, organize the work of the project and participate in the set-up of the run.

Proven experience with functional analysis in an IT environment is a must, client data and/or finance knowledge are not required but would be useful.

The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context. He/she will join a strong team where he can help shape solutions in a critical domain for AG Insurance.

• General knowledge in IT platforms.
• Looking continuously for improvement of processes and applications
• Taking the “service-after-delivery” for your account
• Assembling the necessary documentation for new or adapted processes and functionalities
• Describing the test scenarios, prepare test data and organize the test execution in collaboration with the tester/test coordinator.
• Informing the concerned parties in a structured and efficient way about the progress of the projects
• Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel at least)

Objective of the job
